Nishmat in Hebrew is a breath of life, the spirit. Flatus in Latin is flute but also fart. So the same thing (the air) is the most spiritual and untouchable concept, and the most corporeal and animalistic traits of the human condition. This music uses a soprano recorder and electronic sounds to think about it.

Sound is not very different from clay. Both are moldable and reveal new forms when we play with them. In this piece I play with sound, searching for new textures, movements and tactile sensations, sometimes founding figures, sometimes just abstract forms.
